Takes Twice (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Rabid Party mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the App. By using Rabid Party, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

- Display Name: An optional name to identify yourself in games. Stored locally on your device only.
- In-Game Content: Responses, choices, and other content you submit during gameplay.
- Support Requests: Your email address and message content when you contact us for help.
📱 2.2 — Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers (UUID/IDFV).
- Usage Data: Features used, game sessions started, time spent in-app, and crash reports.
- Network Information: IP address, used only for WebSocket multiplayer connections via Cloudflare.
- Analytics Data: Anonymous usage events via PostHog (see Section 5).

Data Storage
💾 4.1 — Local Storage
The following data is stored exclusively on your device and never sent to our servers:
- Your display name
- Sound and haptic preferences
- Game progress and personal statistics
To clear this data, uninstall the App or use “Clear App Data” in your device settings.

Game room data, player associations, and temporary game state are stored on Cloudflare servers. This data is automatically deleted within 90 days of inactivity.

Important: All PostHog data is fully anonymized — no personal identifiers are ever sent.

Children's Privacy
Rabid Party is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
For users aged 13–17: we collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the App and do not use it for personalized advertising.
Parents and guardians: If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at pulkeshee@gmail.com. We will delete the information promptly upon verification.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for its stated purpose:

Age-Restricted Content
Rabid Party includes optional 18+ content packs. Access to these packs requires the user to confirm they are 18 or older. We do not collect additional personal information to verify age beyond this self-reported confirmation.
If you are under 18, please do not attempt to access age-restricted content packs.
International Data Transfer
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States (where Cloudflare, PostHog, and RevenueCat operate their servers).
These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to such international transfers. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely regardless of where it is processed.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority in the United Arab Emirates or in your country of residence.
